Details: This is a 2002 Toyota Tacoma extended cab, TRD with locking rear differential. The truck is a 5 speed and has the 3.4 motor which runs strong. The truck does not burn or leak any oil and the 4x4 works perfect. The truck has 175,000miles on the clock, however you wouldnt know it. The truck has factory ABS, power locks, windows and mirrors, A/C, tilt, Am/Fm/ CD and tape, Int. wipers, Cruise, floor mats, rear slider and bed liner. The frame on the truck is new and was replaced by Toyota. The muffler and rear leaf springs are new as well. The truck has a newer battery and a K+N brand panel filter. The truck is super clean inside and out, but has minor paint ships, scratches and a couple of dents.Common for a truck this age. The E brake does not work, as the rear adjusters are frozen, which is a common problem for most New England Tacos. This is an easy fix, however will take some patience. The Brake master cylinder and booster were both replaced on the truck due to a bad booster. Now the truck has a spongey brake pedal. The system was bled, but to no avail, it is still spongey. Maybe an easy fix if you can trouble shoot this, otherwise the truck is tight. No trades, No scammers, NO BS! Call with questions, serious people only, if you want a 3k truck, go buy a Ranger! In good driving condition, gas saver (estimated about 450miles per tank). 190K original miles, but the engine was replaced with a newer one 3 years ago and has run perfect since then (the engine has about 150K miles)Looks magnificent and paint is still shiny but has usual wear, tear, noise for a 16 year old car. Buy As Is.Seat has a rip in it, small dent on doors, small rust on trunk. Oil change has been transformed to be done without going under car or lifting car.Check engine light is on due to faulty catalytic converter code, i replace it every two years with a cheap one for 70$ before i get emissions done and has worked every time(Ill let you know how to do it). Just got emissions passed 3 months ago so good for another 2 years. A/C works but doesn´t blow cold air- I dont know if it needs to be charged or fluid needs to be flushed, never needed A/C in this car so i didnt care.Small electrical malfunctions (fog lights dont work, radio lights very dim and sometimes not visible, heating unit and radio cuts out sometimes, cig lighter doesnt work ---i think theres a ground wire somewhere in the dashboard)Tires like new.BOTTOM LINE: Car runs good and looks amazing. Just has random stuff that can be fixed if you want a perfect car. I dont have the time for it.
